Registration is not complete until you have paid tuition and submitted the registration materials/required forms. Tuition must be paid in full before the first day of class. Tuition is payable with a check or credit/debit card.
PLEASE NOTE: Any payment by credit card will include a 2.9% service fee, added to the tuition listed below.
Multiple Class Discount
For students enrolled in Ballet VIII, Intermediate Ballet, Advanced Ballet, or Release Time/Pre-Professional, a 10% discount will be applied to the tuition of any of the following classes:
- Stretch
- Beginner Jazz/Contemporary Combo
- Intermediate or Advanced Contemporary
- Prep for Pointe
- Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced Pointe
- Partnering
Mid-Semester Enrollment
If enrolling mid-semester, tuition will be prorated based on the number of classes to be taken.
Sibling Tuition Discount
In the case of two students paying tuition from the same family, the student of the lesser amount of tuition may pay 7% less. The reduced tuition cannot be paid online.
Refund Policy
In the case of unforeseen student/family issues or schedule changes that result in a withdraw from class for the semester, Essence Studios will reimburse 50% of the student’s initial registration fee up to the morning of the first day of class. No refunds will be issued once that class begins. No refunds or make-up sessions will be available for students that miss individual classes due to illness or events outside of Essence Studios’ control.
